Debra Lynn Means

Debra Lynn (Webb) Means of Indianapolis passed away on November 13, 2025, at 12:09pm surrounded by her family at IU West Hospital. She was born on July 19, 1959, to Carl Winifred Webb and Mary Magdalene (Burgess) Webb.

Debra was a wonderful wife and mother who made a loving home for her family. She and her husband, Ricky, had three sons, three grandchildren, two bonus grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren whom she enjoyed spending time with and spoiling. Debra was a jack of all trades and a master of none. She was one of those special people who was exceptional at everything. When Debra wasn't spending time with her grandchildren, she could be found in the kitchen cooking or baking something for her family or friends.

Debra is survived by her loving husband, Ricky Means, her children: Mark Little, Carl (Jennifer) Little, and Micheal (Christa) Little; her grandchildren: Caitlyn (Marlin) Graber, Jadin Little, and Darrian Little; her great-grandchildren: Weston Graber and Josephine Graber; and her siblings: Joni Twombly and David (Lynn) Webb. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Webb and Mary (Burgess) Webb.

A Service of Remembrance for the family and friends of Debra Means is being held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 1:00 - 5:00pm at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services - Indianapolis located at 1604 W. Morris Street.
