Dana Andrew Reeves

Dana Andrew Reeves, age 61, of Anderson, passed away on December 10, 2022, at St. Vincent Anderson. He was born on January 8, 1961, to Elijah and Alice Reeves.

Dana worked for the State of Indiana for close to 20 years in DOT Maintenance. He was truly a simple, down to earth man. He was an avid fisherman, enjoying the outdoors any chance he could. He was a wonderful cook, loved the Colts, and enjoyed tinkering with old cars. He was a fun person to be around, going to the races with his family, golfing, or shooting with his brother. He was a wonderful father, brother, son, grandpa, and friend who will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Dana is survived by his children Laticia Willis (Jody West) and Kristin Reeves; grandchildren Alexis Willis, Alivia Willis, Branson Pflugh, Lance Cox, and Keegan Preston; Mother Alice Reeves; siblings Candy Taylor, Duane Reeves (Kim), and Matthew Reeves; nieces and nephews Joshua Ancil (Heather), MaeLee Roan (Aaron), Ciara Riggins (Kody), Lindsay London (Steve), Micala Reeves, and Evan Reeves; special nieces and nephew Shae, Brooke, and Trenton Ancil; and brother-in-law Brian King.

He is preceded in death by his father Elijah Reeves, daughter Allison Reeves, grandson Andon Jo Oliver, sisters Cindy Reeves and Cheryl Reeves, and niece Stacy Roberts.

Private Family Services will be held at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Services – Anderson. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home for the family to collect.
