Claude William Robinson

Claude William Robinson, 67, was born on June 5, 1959, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and passed away on July 6, 2026, in his hometown. Claude had a long career with Citizen’s Energy from which he recently retired. Claude was very active in his community, neighbors knew him and his best girl Ruti well as they walked everyday.

Claude had a great sense of humor and was always up for a good laugh. Claude had a love for music, especially classic rock and blues. He loved his truck and made sure everyone was awake in the neighborhood when he left for work. He liked loud exhaust!

Loved ones who preceded Claude in passing include his parents, Esther Marie (Tracy) and Claude Earl Robinson. Brothers, Bob Earl Robinson, Jim Howard Robinson and Sister Peggy Lee Hess.

He is survived by his stepdaughter Marissa Blackstock (Shelby Blackstock) and niece Kristin Allen (Nathan Allen) as well as his friends and neighbors.

Cremation arrangements provided by Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence. In honor of his wishes, no public service will be held. We will hold a celebration of life that will be communicated later.
