Cindy Lou (Rice) Colotti

Cindy Lou (Rice) Colotti passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday April 24th, 2023, at Anderson Community Hospital in Anderson, IN. She was born September 25th, 1952, in Muncie, IN the daughter of Harold and Junia (Shreve) Rice.

She graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1970 where she was a cheerleader for the Bearcats. Upon her graduation she briefly attended Indiana University before relocating to Florida and becoming a bartendress. She eventually became office manager for pediatric practices in St. Augustine, FL and Bloomington, IN. In her later years she enjoyed spending time with family and reconnecting with friends from her past. She also enjoyed listening to music from the 1960’s-80’s. At the time of her death, she resided in Anderson but traveled back and forth to her home in St. Augustine, FL as well.

She was proceeded in death by her parents and brothers Edwin G. and Ronald L. Rice.

She is survived by brother Timothy W. (Kim) Rice; sons Jason P. Colotti and Jonathan G. (Amanda) Colotti; grandson Caleb Colotti; nephews Darress (Bobbie) Snodgrass, Jason (Laurie) Fugate, George (Marie) Rice and niece Wendi (Scott) Hollowell; several great nephews/nieces and special friends Gary Weintraut and Kim Kooz. She was devoted to her furry friend, a dog, she named Hoot.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
