Cheryl Ann Millspaugh

Cheryl Ann Millspaugh, age 63, of Anderson, passed away unexpectedly on July 15, 2023 in Anderson. She was born on March 1, 1960, to Rex Millspaugh and Patricia Millspaugh.

Cheryl was an avid IU sports fan and loved cheering on the Colts Football team. She ran an in-home daycare of many years and worked in medical billing in a local doctor’s office. She loved people and never met a stranger. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cheryl is survived by her daughter Heather Southerland (Ryan); ex-husband Randy Dishman; stepchildren Chasity Greene and Daina Dishman; grandchildren Taylor Southerland, Madison Southerland, Americus Vail, and Aubrey Southerland; sisters Carol Rodgers and Christy Stinson; father Rex Millspaugh; Mother Patricia Millspaugh; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her daughter Charity Banta and Grandpa Wayne.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday July 21, 2023, from 5-7pm at Legacy Cremation and Funeral Service – Anderson.
