Charlotte Weber

Charlotte Weber, age 66, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. She was born in Roanoke, Virginia the daughter of the late Alfred and Dorothy (Williams) Rakes. She is a descendant of Robert Raikes the founder of the Sunday School Movement and education reformer. She is also of Cherokee ancestry. She worked for many years as a CNA. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Jean Maggard, Bonnie White, Sandra Gallet, Millard, Gary and Billy Rakes. Charlotte is survived by her children, Bobby Joe Rakes, Jennifer King and her husband Robert and Dorothy McNeive; siblings, Terry, Garland, Darrell, Donald, Dallas, Danny and Phyllis Martin; grandchildren, Blake, Cierra, Kaylie, Madisyn, Lily and Conner; and great grandchildren, Karma, Jayleigh, Layla, Ian, Aice, Caiden and Jaxson.
