Charles E. Sparks, Sr., age 68, of Beech Grove, Ind., died on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at his residence. He was born on November 4, 1948 in Indianapolis to the late Charles and Betty (Bowman) Sparks.
He is survived by his children, Charles (Lacey) Sparks, Christina (George) Hardman, Sandra Kernodle, Kimberly (Doug) Resor, Christopher and Kayla Constantine; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas (Mae) Sparks; He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Daniel Sparks and grandmother, Altha Bowman.
Services were private. Burial is at Floral Park Cemetery, Indianapolis.
