In Loving Memory of Charlene Fowler Frazelle

Charlene Fowler Frazelle, born on February 11, 1948, in Indianapolis, IN, to the late Charles and Norma Fowler, peacefully passed away on February 4, 2024. Charlene was a devoted Jehovah's Witness, finding solace and strength in her faith. She was baptized in 1972 and remained faithful throughout her life, attending various Kingdom Halls in her journey of spiritual growth.

Charlene dedicated 43 years of her life as a medical transcription, starting her career as a candy striper at Community Hospital East and retiring from the same institution. Her commitment to her profession was marked by diligence and excellence.

Beyond her professional life, Charlene was a woman of many talents and passions. She found joy in the art of crocheting. Charlene was also described as occasionally bull-headed, yet her strength only added to her remarkable character.

Charlene's legacy lives on through her children: Scott Rush, Roger Rush, and Jennifer Edwards, as well as her cherished grandchildren: Joslynn, Caleb, Aaron, Savannah, Charles, and Tristan. Her love and guidance will forever be remembered and treasured by those whose lives she touched.

Charlene was preceded in death by her husband, William Garmon, her son, Joe Rush, and her parents, Charles and Norma Fowler. While she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit and the memories she created will continue to bring comfort and inspiration to all who knew her.

A memorial service to celebrate Charlene's life will be held at a later date. May she rest in eternal peace, reunited with her loved ones in the embrace of God's grace.
