Casey Nicole Bell

Casey Nicole Bell, 40, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2022. She was born on April 14^th, 1982, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Steven and Janet Neely. Casey attended Arlington High School. She worked as a CSR at Rehab Medical.

She is preceded in death by her dad, Steven Neely and her grandparents, Phyllis and Orville Bell Jr. and Jeanne C. Sullivan.

Casey is survived by her mom, Janet Neely (Doug Shelton Jr.); her sisters, Crystal Bell-Stanley (Shawn Stanley) and Coty Neely; nieces and nephews; Madison Phares, Travis Neely, Kamron Neely, Jaylin Neely, Nevaeh Neely, and Nova Neely; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Casey loved to go to the Speedrome and cheer on her favorite drivers. She loved to be with her family and friends. Casey enjoyed just hanging out playing cards and was the life of the party. She loved to shop, and she loved celebrating her birthday and Christmas.

BROKEN CHAIN

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly. In death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.

You left us peaceful memories; your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
