Carol Lou Rayne

Carol Lou Rayne, 78, passed away on August 6, 2024, in Indianapolis, IN. Carol was born in Indianapolis, IN on December 16, 1945, to Vivian (Powers) and Charles Richardson. Carol was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness and dedicated to serving her community through her work with the organization. Carol was a nurturing person who loved animals, specifically horses, and her work breeding and grooming poodles. As a homemaker, she found lasting joy in raising three wonderful sons. 

Loved ones who preceded Carol in passing include her parents, listed above, her brother, Rob Richardson, and grandson, Conner. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Rayne Jr. Carol’s memory will be cherished by her siblings, Dennis Richardson and Toni Richardson; her sons, Rob (Darla) Rayne, Charlie (Kim) Rayne, and Greg (Aubrie) Rayne; her grandchildren, Sarah Rayne, Olivia Brown, Nicholas Rayne, Kaylin Rayne, Parker Rayne, and Jackson Sanders will share in her memory with her great grandchildren, Molly and Millie, for years to come. 

Cremation arrangements provided by Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence. Memorial services are scheduled for August 17th at 2:00pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 4512 N Richardt St Lawrence, IN 46226.
