Bryan Holmes

Bryan L. Holmes, born on July 17, 1959, passed away on March 1, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. He known for his passion for music, having played guitar at various venues across Texas and Indiana.

Known for his big heart, he was a stranger to no one, including his many kitten friends.

He is survived by his sister, Judith Holmes Johnson, and her husband, John; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews who will cherish his memory. Bryan was preceded in death by his parents, William (Bill) S. Holmes, Jr. and Lillian M. (Susie) Henninger Holmes; his brother Steven W. Holmes; and his stepmother, Vera L. Abel Holmes.

Special thanks are extended to his friends Mike Rapp and Caramia Mitchell, as well as the compassionate hospice nurses who provided care and support during his time of illness.
