Brian Lee Cooley

Brian Cooley, 56, of Anderson Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on September 15, 2026, surrounded by the family he loved so deeply.

Born on October 5, 1969, Brian was the beloved son of Sarah Jo and Roy Cooley. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, and proud American. Brian served his country as a veteran, and his military family and lifelong friendships remained an important part of his life.

Brian is survived by his loving wife, Tracy Cooley; Father, Roy Cooley and his children, Briana White and her husband Jordan, Donovan Cooley, and Amanda Cooley and her fiancé Austin; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Ellie, Aleena, Abel and Adley, who brought him immense joy. He is also survived by his brother, Craig Cooley, along with an amazing number of lifelong friends and military family who were blessed to know and love him.

Brian was a man who found happiness in the simple things. He enjoyed his guns, a good nap, cheese, and—most of all—his family. He had a personality that could fill a room, a heart that was fiercely loyal, and a way of making the people around him feel like family. He was loved deeply and will be missed beyond words.

Brian was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Sarah Cooley.

Though his time with us has come to an end, Brian’s memory will live on through his children, grandchildren, family, friends, and the many lives he touched throughout his journey. His love, laughter, stories, and unmistakable spirit will remain with those who knew him.

Services will be at Parkview Church of the Nazarene 911 S. Rangeline Rd. Anderson Visitation will be at 2pm and a service at 4pm on Saturday September 19th 2026.

Rest peacefully, Brian. You are loved, you are missed, and you will never be forgotten.
