Brent Michael Carraway

Brent Michael Carraway, age 36, of Indianapolis, IN died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.  He was born in Indianapolis, IN on April 4, 1986 to Steven and Pamela (Johnson) Carraway.

A 2004 graduate of Lawrence Central High School, he was currently employed by 3M, assembling tactical headgear for the military.  He was a gifted artist and woodworker as well as a talented writer who enjoyed creative writing and poetry. Also, a musician who played the drums, saxophone and several other instruments, all self-taught. He had played in several bands locally at various venues.

He leaves behind his parents, Steve and Pam Carraway of Pendleton, IN; brothers, Brian N. (Nok) Carraway of Bangkok, Thailand and Kyle P. (Judi) Carraway of Indianapolis, IN; grandmother, Nancy Faunce; many aunts, uncles, cousins and his work family at 3M. Brent was the best Dog Dad to Nala, his precious beagle who will have a new home with her Dog Grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 6:00 p.m. at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services – Lawrence, 5215 N. Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis.
