Brad Scott Wiles, 31, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away on May 22, 2025. Born on July 8, 1993, in Anderson to Scott Dean Wiles and Beverly Kay Goff, Brad lived life full of heart, humor, and adventure.
A welder by trade and a free spirit by nature, Brad was the kind of guy who never met a stranger. He was compassionate and caring, always showing up for his friends and family with a joke and a smile. Whether it was boating, canoeing, fishing, or just soaking up the outdoors, Brad found peace and joy outside. Above all, his kids were his everything.
Brad was deeply loyal. He loved hard, laughed loud, and stood by the people he loved, even when life got complicated—yes, even when the family chose the rooster over him. He was always up for adventure and a good time.
He is survived by his partner of 8 years, Danielle Swafford; his beloved children Carson, Everly, Elliott, Kaiden, and Kinley; his mother Beverly Kay(Scott) Goff; grandparents Rebecca and Leo Wiles; siblings Daryl, Trista, Rebecca, and Jacob; nieces and nephews De'Layna, Jayden, Bradly, Maxx, and KK. He also leaves behind many close cousins: Jessica, Tyler, Derek, Jonathan, Samantha, Christopher, and Charlie; and a big, lively crew of aunts and uncles: Carl, Ray, Michael, Patty, Tim Overby, Melissa (Steve) Cookman; best friends Rocky and Bubba.
Brad is preceded in death by his sister, Holly Wiles; his father, Scott Dean Wiles; his niece, Faith Kay McCain; grandparents Carl and Rosemary Cooper, William and Mae Bishop, and Leland and Mildred Wiles; uncle Junior Lee Wiles; and stepsister Dallas Robertson.
Brad will be remembered for the way he lived wide open, loved without holding back, and filled every space with laughter and warmth. His absence leaves an unfillable space, but his spirit lives on in the many stories, memories, and adventures he shared with all who knew him.
