Bobbie Jolyn Lawson, 41, passed away February 28, 2024, after experiencing complications from a brain aneurysm. She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen (Vannatta) Hall, her grandfather, Francis (Mike) Vannatta Jr., and her grandmother, Virginia (Corbin) Catron. She leaves behind a family who loved her very muc : daughter, Macaylah Thompson; two sons, Collin and Blake Lawson; sisters, Molly Hall and Courtney Hall; aunt, Terrie Vannatta (Gina Clevenger); uncle, Bob Vannatta (Autumn Vannatta); nieces and nephews, Jace and Kora Caudill, and Aiden and Aaliyah Catron; and many cousins and friends.

Bobbie enjoyed traveling, exploring new places, collecting purses and old coins, and swimming with the dolphins. She loved to discuss life's deeper questions and keep a journal about all the possible answers. She loved hanging out with her daughter and sisters, listening to Alanis Morissette, U2, and Coldplay and sharing a pitcher of margaritas.

Raising her two sons, Blake and Collin, was her greatest joy.

Bobbie had a wonderful sense of humor and an infectious laugh. She was loving, kind, thoughtful and sensitive. She will be greatly missed!

The family sends heartfelt appreciation to the nurses at Brickyard Healthcare whose love and kindness was witnessed with all of their residents.

Memorials may be sent to Heart to Heart Hospice, 2701 W Jackson St, Muncie, IN, 47303, who took care of Bobbie with great compassion and supported the family through Bobbie's journey.

A celebration of Bobbie's life will take place at a future date.
