Anita Susan Walker, 77

Anita Susan Walker passed away on April 7, 2024. She was born March 22, 1947, in Florida to the late Boyd and Dorothy Tackett.

She was a beloved wife and mother. She is survived by her husband Drake and her daughter Krista, as well as her sisters Louise, Margi, Christina, and her brothers Michael and Richard, as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Donald and Jerry Tackett, and her mother-in-law Phyllis.

Anita was a long-time employee of Wheaton Van Lines, a moving company. She spent the last 9 years of her life valiantly fighting cancer, a fight she ultimately lost. She was loved by her family and friends. She will be missed.
