Ada Margaret Hutton of Indianapolis passed away on December 27, 2023 at the age of 68 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born December 23, 1955 in Indianapolis to the late Joe and Betty (Kirk) Loyd.
Ada graduated from Manual High School. After school, she spent time in many fields of work. She sold houses, cars, & even Mary Kay. She fine-tuned her craft later in life with a company called Domestic Divas that is devoted to helping and serving others. Ada was a God-fearing woman. She could recite Bible verses or dance and sing to Diana Ross using her beer bottle as a microphone. She was a people person and loved talking with her customers and meeting new people daily. ‘Momma’, what many called her, was a selfless woman always wanting to help the next person & willing to help any stranger. Ada (“Momma”) is known as a friend and family member to many outside of her immediate family.
When Ada wasn't working, she loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Ada will be remembered as a very caring person and someone who many different people could always count on for words of encouragement or a shoulder to cry on. Her passion was people, and she loved being around others.
She is survived by her sons Joe Hutton and Charles (Whitney) Hutton; grandchildren Colten Hutton & Chloe Hutton; brother Bill Loyd (Ellen Franklin-Stanger); sister Bobbi (Steve) Robertson; sister-in-law Jannis Hutton-King; many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Douglas and her parents Joe & Betty.
