Eddie P. Beagles, Jr. is a certified celebrant who can plan and conduct a personalized funeral for you. In addition to being a licensed funeral director and embalmer, he is licensed in Indiana as an insurance agent to assist individuals with their funeral preplanning needs.
Eddie is a native of Roswell, NM. He lived in Chicago for 14 years before moving to Columbia City, IN in 2005. A graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary Science, he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a member by invitation of Pi Sigma Eta. He also holds memberships with the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice, British Institute of Embalmers and the American Society of Embalmers, Indiana Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
In 2008 he was named as one of Northeast Indiana’s Future 40 by Upstate Indiana Magazine. He has been very involved in his community having served as president of the Columbia City Community Tree Board, member of the Columbia City Redevelopment Commission, president of the parish council for St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, and District #3 Director for the Indiana Funeral Directors Association. He is currently chairman of the IFDA Convention Planning Committee.

Cindy Carter is a Certified Funeral Celebrant. She has assisted families and companies for over 20 years planning memorable events.
Cindy is a native Hoosier, a Distinguished Alumni of Tech High School and a Purdue University graduate with a B.S. in Consumer and Family Sciences and a minor from Indiana University in Business. She has lived in California, Texas, Kentucky, Bloomington, and Lafayette IN. Cindy served her country in the US Army and Army Reserve, stationed at Ft. Campbell, Ky. home of the 101st Airborne division and Ft. Benjamin Harrison.
Cindy is an empty nester with daughter Ashley graduated from DePauw University and living on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C.
Hospice and quality end of life care has become a passion of Cindy’s. She now volunteers her time assisting elderly neighbors and close friends navigate their daily routines during their final chapter of life.

Zachary Burns was born and raised on the south side of Indianapolis. In 2011, Zachary graduated from Roncalli High School. He is persuing mortuary since as his field of study at Ivy Tech Community College of Indianapolis. Zachary has a passion for working with youth and is an alum of the AmeriCorps National Community Service Association in which he has served as a member for 2 years.
